Accident injures 6 November 29, 2006 Units were alerted to a PIAA on Wednesday November 29th at 1921hrs at the corner of Herman Hill Rd and South Abbott Rd. Hamburg Fire Control dispatchers received multiple reports of the accident, which involved a Ford SUV and a small sedan. Arriving Chief Crotty found a Ford Explorer with heavy front end damage, and small 4dr vehicle into a building with heavy passenger damage. Chief Crotty assumed Command, and requested 2 additional ambulances from Armor and Hamburg. in addition to the 2 Boston EMS Ambulances. After initial size-up, 6 victims were located; four adults, 2 pediatric. The need for extrication was verified, as North Boston Engine 3 responded to initially set up the operation.
