Lake Effect
Firefighter Ski Race combined efforts with the Jeep HoliMont Ski-Scape
to
raise over $28,500 for the Kids Escaping Drugs Campaign. 18 Firefighting Teams
from Western New
York, Southern Ontario, and Northern Pennsylvania converged on
HoliMont's Beautiful terrain to compete
for bragging rights.

The First Annual Lake Effect Firefighter Ski Race
was held in conjunction with
the 7th Annual Ski Scape
at HoliMont Ski Resort on Sunday January 2, 2005. The
Ellicottville NY resort hosted the individual race
portion of the Ski Scape, as
well as the first ever firemen's race held at the resort.
